This page summarizes the rules regarding cancellations and reservation changes.

📌 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations follow the Terms of Use set by Ryokanbook.

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of days before the scheduled check-in date, as follows:

• Up to 21 days before check-in: No cancellation fee
• 21 to 4 days before: 10% of the accommodation fee
• 3 days before: 20% of the accommodation fee
• 2 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
• On the day / after: 100% of the accommodation fee
• No-show (without notice): 100% of the accommodation fee

⚠️ Note: If you have already completed payment via Stripe, accommodation fees may be refunded upon cancellation, but the Stripe processing fee is non-refundable.

🔄 Reservation Changes

• After your reservation is confirmed, changes can be made up to 5 days before check-in for 550 yen (tax included).
• Changes requested after that period will follow the cancellation policy and will incur the applicable cancellation fees.
• To request a change, please contact us via LINE (Ryokanbook Guest) or through the Reservation Change / Cancellation Form.

⚠️ Note: If a refund occurs due to a reservation change, Stripe processing fees cannot be refunded.

💴 Refunds

• For payments made via Stripe, refunds will be processed to your credit card within approximately 3–10 business days after confirmation.
• Refund amounts are calculated according to the cancellation policy above.
